(ALBANY, NY, February 10, 2025) In the wake of the unconscionable killing of Robert Brooks, and as NY prisons, jails, & forensic facilities trample the rights of people inside & their loved ones, Rights Behind Bars Bill will combat officer brutality, enforce the HALT Solitary Confinement Law, protect family visits, restore family care packages, and more.
