ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Lawmakers, state and local officials will join activist to rally across New York State on December 1 to call for passage of the Elder Parole and Fair & Timely Parole bills.
The rallies will take place in New York City, Albany, Long Island, Newburg, Rochester, Ithaca, and Westchester. The rally in Rochester is at the VOCAL-NY Office on North Water Street. It runs from 11 a.m. to noon.
