WHAT: Rochester City Council Members Stanley Martin, Mary Lupien and Kim Smith will hold a public hearing on prison staff brutality amid a humanitarian crisis in New York State prisons. 

WHEN: TODAY – Wednesday, October 29th at 5 PM

WHERE: Rochester City Council Chambers, City Hall – 30 Church Street, Rochester, NY

WHO: Survivors of prisons staff brutality, loved ones of people currently facing this brutality, and other experts with the Release Aging People in Prison Campaign (RAPP), VOCAL-NY, the HALT Solitary Campaign, the Center for Community Alternatives, and more.
