(Albany, NY) – Today, the New York State Senate’s Crime Victims, Crime, and Correction Committee passed the Fair & Timely Parole Act (S307/A162) by a vote of 5-2. This bill, along with the Elder Parole bill, already passed out of the Assembly’s Correction Committee.
