(New York) – Release Aging People in Prison Campaign (RAPP) is renewing its call for Governor Kathy Hochul to uphold her commitment to grant more clemencies. RAPP leads the #HochulBringThemHome campaign, which urges that clemency be used frequently, inclusively and transparently.
